Painless dentistry? Not if your patient is a biting kid

A new dentist who moved into town had quickly become a local favorite. He had a reputation for being a painless dentist.
But one little boy questioned that reputation.
"He's a fake,” the kid said. “He's not painless at all. When he stuck his finger in my mouth, I bit him and he screamed like anyone else.”
Not everything in life is painless. We’re certain to face physical and emotional hurts in this world. As the years roll by, we seem to rack up lots of bumps, bruises and broken bones, lots of fears, tears and broken hearts.
